An alternative proposal for Art and Vacations

During the summer – autumn 2013 Balibari Art Estate invites you to practice art close to Greek nature, tradition and family hosting, combining creativity with vacations. Balibari Art Estate, which is a family estate in Evia (island in central Greece) gives you the opportunity to participate in workshops of :

Sculpture : relief sculpture, human figure, self-portrait, free composition using various materials such as marble, wood, metal, clay, wire, paper ,

Painting  : still life, landscape, figure, abstract composition using  acrylics, watercolors, powders, temperas, oils, mixed techniques on paper, canvas or wood

Architecture : planning a small holiday home, presentation of architectural monuments of Ancient Greece, urban design and planning, interior design, lighting design

The main goal is the stimulation of self-expression and the joy of creation. Through discussion, observation, small promenades in nature and personal contact with the artists-tutors, participants will feel enabled to artistically express themselves, regardless of their level of experience. The only prerequisite is the love for art and a positive attitude to embark on a journey of creative experimentation.
