I have worked in the arts since the mid 80`s. In 1982 I trained and worked as a make-up artist for various stage (theater), films, television productions and photography. My special interest was focused on creating bust, building of masks and special make-up in the historical context.
From 1987 to 1992, I concentrated on the Far East, which culminated in an extended stay in Japan. During this time I pursued the study of the occupational development of the country. After my stay in Japan, I have lived and worked as an artist in Cologne Germany.
Since 2002, my emphasis has been in the free painting style. I work on the impressions of the many local changes and the intensive pursuit to humans of different cultures in my paintings in Oil and Eitempera.
From 2004 to 2007, I worked on a series from the Caribbean island of Tobago that concentrated on thematic scenes of the everyday life.
Since 2004 i am a Member and have a studio in the arthouse Rhenania - Cologne.
