thanks for saying Yes to the Paper Mouse project that really good news, the show won't be till next year but things take time to plan.
we have just watched -Grey Gardens - doc -filmed by Albert Maysles and David Maysles, have you seen it?
and... Into the Wild, a Sean Penn film, both gripping in very different ways to be honest the last one quite broke my heart, I have a son of that age...good thing he is a complete musicman and has no thoughts of extreme travel.

Two names that do matter for me are Kubrick and Antonioni. I love Kurosawa, early Scorsese movies, Apocalypse Now, The Godfather, Easy Rider, Fellini's late baroque period, French cinema in general, some recent movies from Latin America (and 'classics' like Jodorowsky)... the list is endless. I lost my youth in the dark cave of the cinema :))
