How often are you the first among your friends to try something new?: Seldom

What do you want people to know most about you?: I do batik on paper mainly and photography on the side (basic point and shoot digital). I like to paint wildlife and plants that grow and live around me. I haven't taken any seriously long art courses. I've always said, I'll do that when I retire. Art school may happen sooner or may happen never. What do you think? I've heard good and bad about it.
