"Microcosm"
This wall mural is 9' x 15', acrylic latex wall paint, flat finish.
Based on an image depicting a colony of bacteria , this painting interprets the pattern of single-celled organisms as they feed on living prey. By using a bright, feminine color palette and flat lines, I sought to transform the microscopic cells and their aggressive consumption into something desirable - a process of beauty.
