“Gee, that was a doozy.”
“You can say that again.”
“Gee, that was a doozy.”
Some people put themselves into the same situations more than once to cope with not fully realizing what happened the first time.
We start. We finish. We do it twice, three times. Again. While the sound bounces off of our ears and is lost, we at least can feel the wind on our faces as we stand in the rain. We still go again and split the difference between the multitude of each memory and the fear of forgetting how to remember them. In turn we jog our old thoughts to keep them grounded. Pressing pause is nice, but only because we can still end it with play.
Still being updated.
