'41 Ford Custom

This is part of the set that goes with the '51 Imperial Hood Ornament. As is often the case different parts from different cars and years are used on customs. That creates the car's unique design and is the art of customizing.
This is a break-through painting for me. I felt more at ease and in control of the medium. But I still think I have a ways to go until I'm satisfied. Which is probably never.
