Arts By the People is partnering with the St. Austere restaurant to offer
solo show opportunities.
The restaurant (slated to open September 5, 2011) is located on Grand St,
in the trendy Williamsburg section of Brooklyn.
The wall space for exhibition is 50 feet wide X 4 feet high, and needs a
minimum of 5 pieces.
They have track lighting to illuminate the works.
There will be an opening and will print postcards.
The restaurant will keep a price list on the premises.
Each show will be up for two months.
The venue/curator takes a 25% commission and can handle sales if desired
by the artist.
Insurance is not provided.
Accepted work must be dropped off and picked up on scheduled days: works
cannot be stored!
To apply, please send 3 samples of work to info@artsbythepeople.com
Images must be jpgs, no larger than 1 Mb.
Please label images with your first and last name, followed by a number.
Label the subject line: St Austere restaurant.
