Brooklyn Art Project

We are having an intensive 3-day, screenprinting workshop April 2nd to the 4th at Gowanus Studio Space. We would love to make this workshop and the print medium available to the Brooklyn community. It's a great chance for emerging artists and designers to learn this vibrant and versatile printmaking technique that allows you to print on many different surfaces.

We're inviting anyone who wants to explore screenprinting and apply their creative ideas to the print medium, regardless of their expertise. Printmaker Julia Samuels will be leading this workshop. A class fee of $200 will cover all 3 sessions, and we will provide all necessary inks, chemicals, and materials to make a 2-color screenprint on paper.

A more detailed schedule is here: http://www.gowanusstudio.org/Silkscreen.php
The link to register for the class is here: http://www.gowanusstudio.org/SilkscreenRegister.php
