Fustrated at the computer

Other than Craigslist - what other jobsites cater to freelance artists and illustrators. I think Craigslist is too skecthy, and Facebook is great but what else is there? How do I go about getting a job as a illustrator? It's not that I don't know what to do - I'm just fustrated.
