Event Description

BRIC Arts | Media | Bklyn presents So to Speak, an exhibition that creates an encounter between visual and verbal forms of representation. Each work in the exhibition weighs the difference between these two forms of expression, reflecting on the faults, slippages, and tensions that arise when representing images with words. The exhibition is curated by Emily Berçir Zimmerman, as part of BRIC’s Lori Ledis Emerging Curator Program. Featuring artists: Fionna Banner, Hollis Frampton, Melinda McDaniel and Klub Zwei
