Biography:

Sayaka Sato was born in Akita,Japan in 1977.
She was involved in a traffic accident when she was 17 years old and since then she has been in a wheelchair. She stayed at a rehabilitation hospital for approximately five years until 2000.
In 2003, She began to paint acrylic paintings. She has never studied any kind of art.
For her, drawing is fun. It also frees her mind and is a way to express herself and prove her existence. Her everyday life is fulfilled by drawing.
She doesn’t put titles on her work because she wants everybody to see and enjoy her work as they feel, without any explanation.
