With "Girls," Guido shows a selection of photographs from a decade and a half of shooting burlesque. She brings her feminine eye and street photography style into portraits that are typically highly stylized- and often shot from a male perspective. The result is an intimate look into the stage lives of the performers. The women are obviously very comfortable in front of her lens.
Selected 11x14 framed black white gelatin silver prints will be for sale.
Art. Booze. Burlesque. I dare you to think of a better way to spend a Friday night in Brooklyn.
