Event Description

"Pranic Wellbeing" is an intensive course for searching people who want to renew or support the balance of their Prana. This course aims at gaining control over the self healing potential of your body. The exercises will help you to get rid of physical and psychic disorders, overcome bad habits, increase your learning aptitude and your creativity; you’ll stimulate your Chakras and rejuvenate while at the same time you’ll control negative mental forces that weaken your body’s defences.

You will learn: awakening of the Chakras, finding access to the inner teacher, gaining control of the Prana. Precondition for a participation in this course is to be willing to continue with the exercises after the course. The simple techniques are not strenuous and can be practised by anybody as they only require a comfortable position in which the spine is kept straight. This can be a lying position or you can sit on a chair with a straight backrest. Once you master these exercises, control of the Prana can generate the highest potentials that are sleeping within you.

Shared room €335; double room €405, single room €475; dormitory/tent/camp mobile €280 Register (W090913-09)
