Umbrage Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of a new exhibition, Coming Back: New Orleans Resurgent, featuring photographs by Getty Images photographer Mario Tama. Tama's images document both the struggle for survival during the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Katrina as well as the perseverance of humanity that has arisen through strife. The rarely seen extended aftermath of the storm is captured by Tama, who remained in New Orleans to document the long process of recovery over the past five years.
